She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Terryn and Maxine Terryn (Morehouse); her husband Laverne Staples; and her sister Janice. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Smith and Amy Herrick (Jeff); her grandchildren, Matthew Staples, Skylar Smith, Tristan Smith, Caleb Herrick and Emma Herrick; and her brother Terry Terryn.
