He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harvey and Alice Harvey (Mongeau); his wife RoseMary Harvey (Brouwer); his former wife Margaret Sowa; his sisters, Marlene Bradley, Shirley Hope, Carol Sullivan and Renee Tank; and his brothers-in-law, Chuck Bradley, Jim Hope, Joe Sullivan, Bob Tank, Ted Smith and Ralph Sinks.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Westerhof (Warren), Linda Ash (Dave), Robert Harvey (Rosemary), Annette Wenum, Mark Harvey (Michele), Kelly Groters and Craig Groters; his sisters, Sandra Smith, Deanna Sinks and Shelley Dillingham (Bob); and his close friend Diana Routley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
