She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Miller and Gertrude Miller; and her brother Joe Miller. She is survived by: her husband David Chappel; her son George Scott Holmes (Charlene); her grandchildren, Curan Holmes, Morgan Holmes and Rogan Holmes (Baby Rog); her sisters, Susan Walter, Mary (Mar Bear), Keegan (Rich), Margo (Muggs) and Eby (Joe); her sisters-in-law, Becky Bonkowski and Kristina Miller; and her grandson Tyler Eby.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Residential Hospice.
