He is survived by: his children, Ralph Proctor (Sara), Gerald Proctor (Cindy), Gail Meissner (Dan), Janice York, Mary-Beth Van Ochten (Garry) and Emily Sexton (Robert); his grandchildren, Michael, Danny, Andy, Katy, Joe, Angie, Emily, Jennifer, Sonora, Nadia and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Jason, Lyla, Eleanor and Piper; his wife Lucille; and his grandsons, Keith and Patrick. He is also survived by his brothers and parents.
