He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Dullack and Wanda Holody; and his brother Gerry Dullack. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Kofahl); his children, Jeffrey A. Dullack II and Meagan Dullack (Brandon Cole); and his siblings, Karen, Darrell, Danny, Sharon and Jim.
