It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karan Faye (Perkins) Kruse of Walled Lake, Michigan, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Perkins and Edna Perkins; and her brother Dean Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Lavern Richard Kruse; her children, Monica Slack (Matt) and Mark Kruse (Dawn); her grandchildren, Lauren, Anthony, Grace, Makenna and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Gemma, Adelynn, Isabella and Giovanna.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (2040 S Commerce Rd, Walled Lake, MI 48390).
