Karen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Karen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Karen will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Leo McCarthy and Jacquelyn Louise McCarthy. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia L. McCarthy, Daniel L. McCarthy (Joyce), James C. McCarthy (Renee) and John R. McCarthy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (100 Resurrection Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Karen's memory to the MS Focus: The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for people affected by multiple sclerosis.
