Lucille E. Spagnuolo Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Louis J. Spagnuolo. She is survived by: her children, Kay Smulsky, James (Cheryl), Thomas (Anne Marie) and Terri Tyrrell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
