He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Allan and Mary Theresa; and his nephew John. He is survived by: his siblings, Patti Matthews (Tony Potter), Gayle Ferguson (Gary), Sue Schulte (Cass) and Kathy Munger (Steve); his son Mark (Stacey); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Bobie, Bethanny, David, Alexis, Carly, Ava and Landon; his siblings' children, Scott, Jessica, Ryan (Amber), Joe (Kendra), Angie, Billy (Desiree), Cortney (Jacob) and Josh; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danny, Westin, Adalyn, Aiden, Regan, Remington, Josiah, Logan, Christian, Colby, Blake, Liam, Peyton and Alli; Susie Allen. He is also survived by friends, especially his companion, caregiver.
