He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee Martin; his daughter Amanda Shelast (Tyler); the mother of his child Barb Parker; his children, Megan O'Rourke (Tiernan) and Zach McCrire; his grandchildren, Joanne and Jackson; and his siblings, Jerry (Elaine), Joe (Laura), Jodi Purdue (Jim) and Nancy Martin (Dick McKeon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
