He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Louise Yates; and his children, Robert Wurst Jr. (Cheri), John Wurst (Tami), Andrew Wurst, Amy Hamaker (Jeff) and Adam Wurst (Beth). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
