He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Schultz and Carolyn B. Schultz (Johnson); and his daughter Rosemarie Schultz. He is survived by: his son Dalton D. Schultz (Marlana); his brothers, Kurt Schultz (Sandy) and Christopher Schultz (Christy); his nephew Christopher Schultz, Jr.; and his niece Catherine Schultz.
