He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Clouser (Chris); his sister Cindy Holbrook; his nieces, Nichole Christen (Gary) and Mellisa Ball (Dennis); and his nephew Michael House. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
