She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hancock and Pearl Hancock; her spouse Thomas "Gene" Bynum; her siblings, Jack and Maxine; and her sister-in-law Joan Hudaski.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Bynum (Joyce Rumsey-Bynum), Tim Bynum and Beth Swastek; her grandchildren, Andrew Swastek, Johnathan Swastek, Samantha Breslin (Brad) and Shannon Carducci; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Lucia and Samara Bobcean. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
