She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucille Bay and Harold G. Bay; her brother Harold G. Bay Jr. (Sue); her children, John, Pamela (Myles McHaney) and Kim; and her grandchildren, Madison, Zachary, Myles IV and Emily.
