He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Carol Stephen and Bruce Richard Penny Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Amber Suessine (Amanda Johnson), Jessica Cunningham (Katie Lambert) and Cameron Alvado (Austin Will); his grandchildren, Morgan, Derek, Darian, Devin, Abagail, Liam and Analeigh; and his siblings, Linda Ahner (Andy), Geri Meekins (Michael), Frank Stephen and Daniel Penny (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
