It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Bergen in Warren, Michigan, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bergen and Dorothy Bergen; and his sister Marsha Bergen Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Janice Gibson (Jan) of Shell Rock, IA; his son Nicholas; his granddaughter Alicia; his children, Michelle Acedo Bergen (Mikki) of Virginia Beach, VA, Alicia Bergen Cross and Jesse Cross of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Jacob, Scarlett and Flynn Cross; his brother Gary Bergen (Karen); his brother-in-law David Sanders; his uncle Jack; and his aunt Judy Mussett. He is also survived by his family and friends.
