He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his sons, David Jr. (Christine) and James (Jean); his grandchildren, Daniel (Farrah), Katie (Mason), Isabel, Allison and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Nolan and Aya.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 6:30 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088). The lying in state was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.
