She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence "Chuck"; and her siblings, Ray Kortas, Jr. and Pat Dembinski. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Tapp (Jack), Susan Bommarito (Jim), Donald (Lora) and Robert (Amy); her grandchildren, Mark (Kelly), Lisa (Garrick), Michelle (Ron), Matthew, Kristy (Josh), Sarah (Bryan), David (Rebecca), Brooke, Rebecca and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Alaina, Johnathan, Addison, Bella, Meghan, Luke, Nolan, Zander, Ollie, Grayson, Owen and Madelyn; and her sister Marcia Kortas. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations addressed to The Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital are preferred.
