She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Sherry Smith; her son-in-law Dr. David Cunningham; her nephew Ronald Otto; her nieces, Annette Trudell and Donna Siejutt (Jason); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Otto, Jonathan Otto, Abigail Trudell, Grace Trudell, Smyth Siejutt and Sullivan Siejutt; Brooklynn Otto, Kristopher Otto and Leo Wilczynski. She is also survived by her parents, sisters, brothers-in-law.
