He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paula Sloan (Lee) and Jim; and his parents, Edward Kurek and Czeslawa Kurek. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Lisa Husken (Darick), Ed Kurek (Robyn) and Jessica Kurek; his grandchildren, Haley (Kenny), Dylan (Hallie), Nicole, Olivia, Aaron and Kolton; and his siblings, John (late Sherry), Chris Kurek, Donna Kurek and Basha Biela (Leo). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
