She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stasiak and MaryAnn Stasiak; her husband Stanley Z. Kuplicki; and her siblings, Stefan Stasiak, Frank Stasiak (late Helen) and Mary Wisniewski (John).
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Leveck (Paul), Stephen J., Susan Ostrowski (late Deacon Paul), Mary Pacholek (Gordon) and Francis P. (Andrea Abram); and her nephew Paul Kuplicki (Carol).
