He is survived by: his sons, David (Sharlene) and Steve (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, David (Sarah), Alex (Kendra), Danielle, Aaron (Jasmine) and Rebecca. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Howard's memory to Hope Lutheran Church are appreciated.
