She was predeceased by: her husband Richard T. Kook; and her father Ward F. Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Balke, Kristen Kook (Larry), David Kook (Rachel) and Jared Kook (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Lydia, Brielle, Corey, Jason, Mallory and Allison; her siblings, Terry Thompson (Christine), Cynthia McDowell (Damean) and Michael Thompson (Victoria); Marlene L. Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
