It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Thomas Blezinski of Warren, Michigan, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Mark; his godfather Russell; and his parents, Thomas and Linda. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer; his nieces and nephews, William (Stephanie), Mitchell, Cameron (Brie), Nicholas, Parker and Sailor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brady, Emery and Nova; his uncle Larry LaRocca (Patricia); his mother-in-law Mary Pryor; and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie Kozlowski (Bill) and Kerry Gonzales (Greg).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Verheyden, Inc. -Duross Chapel (28499 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (22412 Overlake St, St Clair Shores, MI 48080). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
