He was predeceased by: his mother Deberha G. Cooke; and his son Joshua White. He is survived by: his father John Edward Cooke (Vivian); his wife Claudia Cooke; his children, Nancy Redington (late Michael), William Peek, Kellie Cooke, Crystal Cooke, Deberha Wilson (Eric), Daniel Nash, Jerry Cox, Shaun Cox, Dwayne Cox, Amanda Hammoud (Sam) and James Ryan; and his siblings, Denise Kuhowski (late John), Steven Cooke (Joella), Dolly Diaz (Ramon) and Deana O'Brien (Michael). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
