He is survived by: his parents, Thomas, Jr. Sintkowski and Donna Sintkowski; his sister Amanda Anderson (Aaron); his grandparents, Kathleen Babicz, Thomas, Sr. and Virginia Sintkowski; and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Due to COVID-19, the Church requires all visitors to wear a mask at all times while in attendance. The immediate family will be sitting together up front, while all other attendees will need to find seating that is marked "green" for proper social distancing.
