He was predeceased by: his father David T. Kujawa. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Kujawa; his wife Colleen Kujawa; his sister Renee Pifko (Fred); his mother-in-law Rosemary Skelly; his sisters-in-law, Monica Fuhs and Maureen Rentz (Matt); his brothers, John Skelly (Audrey) and Jerome Skelly; and his nieces and nephews, David Pifko, Daniel Pifko, Matthew Rentz (Monica), Michael Rentz, Shane Rentz, Johnathan Rentz, John Skelly (Lisa), Jerome Skelly, Maureen Lynn Cusenza, Amber Pulford (Chris), Ashley Skelly, Ann Miller (Jason) and Samantha Skelly. He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews.
Keith will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Twp., MI following Mass.
