He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Malmgren; his sons, Jeffrey Malmgren (Allicia) and David Malmgren (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Caleb, Aubrey, Jackson and Stella; and his siblings, Kathy (late Ken), Linda (late Ken), James (Joyce) and Kevin (Valerie). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
