He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Collins and Pamela Lee Snipes. He is survived by: his spouse Dana; his siblings, Ann Fleener, Joseph Collins, Laurel Collins-Ramos and Lynn Collins; and his pet Cadence (Caddie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, acquaintances, brothers.
