She was predeceased by: her father Ovila Houle; her husband Emil; and her siblings, Oswald "Ozzie" Houle (late Ceil), Rita Henning (late Eddie), Evelyn Gates (late Reg), Theresa Seguin (late Paul) and Dorothee Shrock (late George).

She is survived by: her children, Jim Stewart and Cathy Stewart; and her grandson Jimmy Stewart. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and family.

She would make outfits for the Doll Raffle and Pierogi and donate them for the church's summer festival.
