She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Ziolkowski and Catherine Ziolkowski; and her husband John Slis. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Distelrath (Slis), John Slis and George Slis; her grandchildren, David Distelrath, Laura Distelrath, Kristie Distelrath, Nicole Allen (Slis), Andrew Slis and Elysia Slis; and her great grandchildren, Liam Allen and Cooper Distelrath.
