She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Jakubowski, Jr.; her grandchild Jorden; and her parents, Raymond Giacobone and Eleanor Giacobone. She is survived by: her children, Renee Austin (Rick), Doug Gostomski (Jill) and Tracy Chartier (Doug); her grandchildren, Rachel, John (Savannah), Ryan, Camden and Finley; her great grandchild Joseph John; and her siblings, Raymond Giacobone (Theresa), Roseanna Tilly (Joseph) and Margie Sacha (Larry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Church (31555 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093).
