With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norbert Chmielarczyk (Warren, Michigan), who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Chmielarczyk and Sophie Chmielarczyk; his son Thomas Joseph Chmielarczyk (Allison); his grandson Jesse Stuart; and his siblings, Adele Counsil and Joseph Chmielarczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Chmielarczyk; his children, Barbara Stachowski, Diane Afelt (Alex), Vincent Chmielarczyk (Joan Carrellas), Janet Klemm (Harold), Beverly Chmielarczyk and Matthew Chmielarczyk (Sarah Hope); his grandchildren, Zachary, Scott, Erin, Ashley, Rachel, Zoja Anthony, Maggie, Gillian, Megan, Miette, Evie, Darrian, Samuel, Basia and John; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Luca, Mila, Presley, Arthur, Kennedy, Evelynn, Liberty and Naomi.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calendar Wysocki Funeral Home (29440 Ryan Rd, Warren, MI 48092). A rosary will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calendar St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church (2500 Twelve Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48092).
Norbert's family kindly requests that a donation to Capuchin Soup Kitchen be made in lieu of flowers.
