He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold F. Stilwell and Rose Stilwell; his wife Sandra Sykora Stilwell; his sister Judith Judd (Edwin); his nieces, Jacqueline Judd O'Neill (Michael) and Heather Lee Judd; and his great-nephew Daniel O'Neill.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Rudy Funeral Home (25650 Van Dyke Ave, Center Line, MI 48015). A requiem service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral. In the 1960's and 1970's Ray recorded the Lansing Symphony for radio broadcast and (since covid) has produced Cathedral organ recitals online.
