He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Horalek and Shirley; and his sister Paula Lutzky. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Roxanne Petrovitch (David) and Shirley Williams (Christopher); his grandchildren, Angela Petrovitch, Natalie Petrovitch, Ryan Petrovitch, Autumn Williams and Paul Williams; his brother John Horalek; and his brothers-in-law, William Boyd Wilkerson (Betty) and William Henry Wilkerson (late Linda Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other loving family members.
