With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Edward Armstrong (Warren, Michigan), who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Anna (Hobson); his children, Jeff (Karen), Lorraine (Henry), Warren (Marina) and Darlene (Mike); his grandchildren, Lauren, Miguel, Kelsey, Dylan and Anna Marina; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Ellie; and his granddaughter Katarina.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to the University of Notre Dame Log Chapel Fund.

“I'm So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Wish I had known sooner. Bob and Anne were like family to me. Every time I picked them up for transportation, I would have to tell Bob a joke. He would start to tell me one and Anne would say, "Now Bob, you've already told her that joke, she doesn't want to hear it again." I remember him telling the story about taking his gun to the airport by mistake, so funny. I will miss him but he will be one of the first people that I look for in Heaven one day!”
