He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Johnson (Randy) and Laura Elwart (Clare Franquist); his grandchildren, Keir Kurvink (Alexandra), Jessica DiGirolamo, Tina Elwart, Andrew Johnson (Angela), Sean Johnson, Clare Franquist Jr. (Justin) and Shannon Franquist; his great grandchild Jordan; his brother Raymond Elwart; his goddaughters, Kathy and Diane; and his nieces, Debbie, Kathy, Diane, Megan and Leah. He is also survived by family members and loving friends.
