He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Nick (Cindy) and Sue Rush (Keith); and his grandchildren, Shannon McClure (Brian), Amanda Varner, Nicholas Curry, Kayla Bliss (Aaron), Kara Craft (Jared), Zachary Curry (Hailie), Joshua Phipps and Aaron Minda. He is also survived by 12 loving great-grandchildren.
