He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Stacey Dixon, Sarah Courtney (Neal) and Sandi Nielson (Steve); and his siblings, Pat, Nancy, Billy, Linda, Carol, Judy, Russell and Cindy. He is also survived by his extended family, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
