Sherry L. Ybarra Obituary
In loving memory of Sherry L. Ybarra of Warren, Michigan, who departed this world on July 23, 2025 at the age of 67. Sherry leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sherry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sherry has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jo Ann Ybarra (Spence); and her aunt Mary Brookshire. She is survived by: her father Alphonso Ybarra (Carol); her stepfather Dennis Szpara; her sister Dawn Ybarra (Dennis); and her nieces, Katie Robinson (Kyle), Stacy McLaren and Hannah Johnson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sherry's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
