She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chaffin and Belva Chaffin; her children, Edward "Butch" Heathfield and Russell Heathfield; and her sibling Marion Birdwell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda DuBay (Thomas McVeigh) and John Lensky Jr.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Riccobono (Adam), Haleigh Lensky, Matthew DuBay (Anna) and Amanda DuBay; and her great grandchildren, Austin and Myles Riccobono. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
