He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cook and Ronald Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Cook, Daniel Cook (late Kathy) and Patricia Jacobs (Mel); his daughter Stefanie Cook; and his former spouse Ewa Cook.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
