He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Slifka (Michael); his granddaughters, Jacqueline, Caroline and Madeline; and his sisters, Maryanne Harr (late James), Louise Okon, Elizabeth Coles (Thomas) and Kathleen Okon. He is also survived by many loving relatives and close friends.
