He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Owen Boik; his children, David (Gail), Cynthia Paczkowski (Larry Paczkowski), Thomas A. (Lisa), Barbara Miklos (Arpad Miklos) and Jennifer Long (Scott Long); his grandchildren, Megan Atkin (Brad), Nicole Smith (Josh), Thomas R. and Alexander Long; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Levi and Evie Atkin; and his brother John Boik (Gloria).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
