He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carr and Viola Carr (Pokriefke). He is survived by: his wife Pearl Elaine Squires; his children, Kimberly Hoover (James) and William Carr II (Robin); his grandchildren, Billy Carr (Marisa Cannon), Brett Carr (Joscelyn Miller), James Hoover II (Cynthia), Sonia Ortega, Christina Ortega, Jennifer Dulchavsky (Scott) and Jeremy Hoover (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Andrew Hoover, Emma Hoover, Addison Hoover, Alexis Kufta and Kendall Kufta; and his sister Mary Ann May. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
