He was predeceased by : his parents, Hencie June and Mabel June; and his siblings, Haynes, EmmaLee, Carl and Michael.

He is survived by : his wife Virginia; his daughter Joanne Bely (Thomas); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Bely (Ken Steplitus), Alexandrea Dimech (Luis) and Danielle Bely; his great grandchildren, William and Abigail Dimech; and his siblings, Eugene, Kenneth, Mary June and James. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
