He is survived by: his sister Karen Swafford (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Christine Gold (Jim), Jim, Michael Swafford (Shauna), Paul (Michelle), Mark, John (Elizabeth) and Joy [Brian] Schultz; and his sister-in-law Sandra Schultz.
