He is survived by: his wife Halina Cpak (Pikula); his children, Michelle Cincotta (Steven) and Matthew Cpak (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Olivia, Aleksandra, Isabella, Sofia and Helena; his brother Krzysztof Cpak (Iza); his sibling's children, Krzysztof Cpak and Agnieszka Cpak; his cousins, Elzbieta Stępniak and Mieczyslaw Wszelaki; and his great-aunt Czeslawa Latkowski.
