He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hamilton and Dora Hamilton (Kritzman); and his wife Barbara Ellen McFall. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Hamilton (Genie) of Fort Wayne, Bryan Hamilton (Sherrie) of Kalamazoo and Richard Hamilton (Faith) of Novi; his grandchildren, Dan Hamilton (Abby), Lisa Hamilton-Spaans (Jordan), A. J. Hamilton (Alyssa), Katie Hamlin (Robert), Michelle Hamilton-Ricci (Andrew), Christopher Hamilton, Brittany Hamilton (Eldari) and Jessica Hamilton; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Hazel, Violet, Olive, Evelyn, Natalie, Luke, Meridith, Louis, Dean and Hendrix.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home (11280 32 Mile Rd, Romeo, MI 48065). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 9:30 AM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (343 S Main St, Romeo, MI 48065).
